Paulita’s Favorite Mile:

A salt spraying driftwood beach

My favorite mile is the driftwood forest facing the open sea on Ossabaw island. It’s so ethereal looking, and filled with energy from the constant ocean winds. One of my favorite coastal Georgia memories is here, as my husband, and a group of friends reached on boat we were greeted by dolphins, and then we spent the day cleaning up debris deposited from Hurricane Matthew. The look of Ossabaw and the unique experience I had with good people on what feels like the edge of the world, will always remain special to me.
